Sherri Waterhouse is a dedicated and experienced Aged Care Support Worker committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older people. She holds a Certificate IV in Aged Care and a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), providing her with a strong foundation in both practical care and advanced support practices.

Sherri has completed manual handling and infection control training, ensuring safe and effective care in line with industry standards. She holds a current Police Check, First Aid Certificate, Working With Children check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (where applicable), demonstrating her professionalism and readiness to work in regulated care environments.

Highly skilled in documentation and safety, Sherri accurately records daily care activities, follows individual care plans, and promptly reports any concerns or changes in a client’s condition to Family. She consistently adheres to infection control and workplace health and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients.

Known for her compassionate, respectful, and reliable approach, Sherri supports clients with dignity, promotes independence, and works collaboratively with families and healthcare teams if needed to enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
